The mountain view private onsen bathtub room's quality is out of my expectation! I highly recommend to check in early to enjoy the room! For the dinner, You can drive to the premium outlet to get a short shopping time and dinner time! It's just 8 mins drive time only! For the hotel breakfast, it is one of the best breakfast that I had tried! Late check out time let me to enjoy the onsen again in my room

It is a very pleasant stay if you can manage the self Check in, I'm ok with the self check in process, but saw people have some difficulty on that. Overall the cleanness, Car parking, the area itself is great, highly recommend, it is a cozy and comfortable experience. But the hotel entrance is sometimes hard to find.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. What is the nicest is you can have a perfect view of the mountain Fuji on the rooftop! Highly recommended !

Nice view

Overall a good stay, the hotel has a great view of Mt Fuji, with 7-11 a close walking distance. Great in-hotel spa facility but it alternates between male and female. Breakfast is good but it finishes quite early, 0830 / 0900.
