“I booked the house to visit family in the area. It was a great choice for my adult children to be able to stay with us all in one place. The location was great for where I needed to be. The place was very clean! The host was very easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend! ”

“The property was exactly as advertised and working with Greg was great. Only minor issue was miscommunication for check-in but resolved in just a few minutes. There was plenty of space to spread out for a family of 5 and lots of space to lay-out gear to dry each night. Neighbors were friendly and the location is easy to get to skiing/downtown and from the border. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at the lake house. The house is very nice and clean. The location is ideal and the lake was beautiful. We swam, kayaked every morning and had leisurely evenings in the waterside gazebo. Very dog friendly with well closed in yard. Only one shower was a bit unexpected but doable. Water is drinkable but you may prefer the bottled water. Could use more kitchen towels but may have been an oversight. Overall, highly recommend. Host was very responsive and helpful. ”

“My mom and I stayed during our visit to Sault Ste. Marie for my daughter’s wedding. The house was a perfect place to come, and relax after some wedding prep. We used the kitchen to prep some goodies for the reception, and there was plenty of room. Everything was in great, working order! We did contact Althea since we had a little trouble signing on to the WiFi, but she was quick to respond. As stated in other reviews, the street was busy, but not horrible. We had no troubles navigating in and……

“The property was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood but still close to restaurants. Lovely back yard with bbq and deck. The listing didn't do it justice. It had far more than we expected!”

“We arrived at the cottage in the afternoon, we were greeted by the hosts, given a walk through and were fishing with in an hour of our arrival. Gord and Lori Ann were extremely helpful and great to deal with. We even got a few fishing tips, to help get us started. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. We are already planning our next trip up! Such a beautiful area.. ”

“Loved our experience staying here and exploring the Soo. Had all the amenities and even had a few extras we were not expecting. I was able to view the aurora borealis from the back yard during our stay as well and this became an even more special experience for us. Thank you for hosting and highly recommend. ”
