“Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). For the breakfast and front desk I think overall was pretty nice. Stella shows our……

“Overall, the hardware and facilities of the hotel are satisfactory and met my expectations. However, I encountered a couple of service issues that I believe are worth noting.
Firstly, during check-in, the amount quoted by the staff was €300 higher than my confirmed booking rate. It was only after I presented my booking receipt that the correct price was applied. It is disappointing to have to manage such billing discrepancies personally.
Secondly, the service at the front desk was inconsistent.……

“Our stay at Nice Hotel Côte d’Azur was absolutely perfect.
To our pleasant surprise, the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower base. The only minor issue was that the shower gel dispenser by the shower base was empty—but we simply used the one by the bathtub instead, so it wasn’t a problem.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is excellent—right next to the Nice-Ville train station, making it easy to walk to Avenue Jean Médecin and the Promenade……
