Very close to the pool and hot tub. Kitchen is great, fireplace great. Plenty of blankets and pillows to keep you cozy. The problems were: main bathroom commode on 2nd floor clogged twice and overflowed once. It needs attention. Also, I don't think this place can comfortably sleep 10 people.
