「Beware of amenities fee- not disclosed at check in or check out. Got email with the fee- since not disclosed, it’s unfair to charge. The hotel staff seemed not too interested in listening to my concern. Followed up with an email about it. But hotel did not respond to my inquiry. One of bed sheets had weird stain. The carpet in the room also stained. The restaurant was closed for a couple days- nice to know that prior- so that was also disappointing. We have stayed at this hotel a few times in...

「Everything was great, just don’t forget to ask to ask for check in instructions before they close their office in case of a late check in. The number I kept trying to call said the office wasn’t closed yet but nobody was picking up, and they were about to close. I had to get in contact with Expedia they helped me reach a different number just on time.」
