「The location was beautiful. Loved the convenience to the mall and pathway by the sea. We had two rooms and the showers in both rooms went from scalding hot to freezing without moving the knob.」

「This is a great base within a secure compound. What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...

「There was no hot water when we checked in at night and none in the morning as well. In the morning at 06:30 we asked for hot water and we got a 20 litre ern of lukewarm water after 9:00 am, so we had to plug it in again and refill it after each one of us had a bath. We asked for a room that could accommodate 4 people but we were allocated a room with 3 single beds. I will never recommend this hotel with anyone」
