「My wife and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. Surrounded by grapevines and a majestic view of Orvieto! We also had fun doing the cooking class in which we made pasta and cookies. Sampled the vineyards amazing wine while we ate our meal from the cooking class. 」

「Excellent host, good communications and quick to reply to questions. Check-in and check out was easy and without fuss. Apartment has basic amenities but everything there functions. It is in need of some updating and unfortunately bedrooms are a little musty. Surrounding area is quiet and beautiful. We had two ground floor apartments and did have some noise from upstairs apartments. The price charged for peak holiday season and location did represent good value for money overall.」

「We had the best time in Orvieto and absolutely loved the Palazzo Urbani apartment. Francesco was a delightful host and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property!!! It was clean, so cute, and very functional for our needs. The location was great as well! Thank you, Francesco, for taking care of us and the excellent communication! We can’t wait to visit again! 」

「Nice location, in the middle of nowhere. Comfortable beds and pillows. The VRBO description states that you get 3 rooms when renting, however, they actually rent by the room/unit. You need to know Italian to communicate with the host. It would be helpful if there were checkout instructions in English. The shower is extremely small, only for very skinny individuals.」

「Superbe maison de campagne très bien rénovée et très agréable à vivre avec un grand parc. Les chambres sont grandes et calmes. La maison est dans une zone rurale non loin de la belle ville d'Orvieto. Bon point de départ pour visiter l'Ombrie, Assise, Spello ... et même pousser jusqu'à la plage (nous avons bien apprécié celle de Feniglia). Accueil de Paola très cordial et les échanges avec Veronika ont été parfaits. 」

「The location of this property is idyllic- so tranquil! We enjoyed two thoroughly relaxing weeks in June/July and felt like we'd found a bit of a hidden gem. The views are stunning and the property is surrounded by olive trees and vineyards. It's ideally placed to explore this beautiful region.The hosts are delightful, friendly and discreet (the lovely Serenella and her family). Any language barrier was easily solved with mobile phone translators.The pool is huge and very well maintained daily....

「This house exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time staying there and exploring it. It was very centrally located for day trips and we were available to explore the Umbria region which was also wonderful and better than we expected. One suggestion I would make is that directions for access to the internet and how to work the air conditioning could be included in a welcome booklet. Thanks Richard」
