「The property was clean. Bathroom was clean. The room had a strange, off-putting odor when we walked in the door. But again, it was pretty clean. The problem we had was that the bed was so uncomfortable. It sagged as soon as you sat on it. My husband tossed and turned, but I did not sleep at all. Lots of back pain. This is a deal breaker for me to rebook at this hotel again.」

「We were here for one night of which we arrived late and left early. The staff member at the reception desk was friendly and helpful about restaurant choices in the area.
Our room was clean and we slept comfortably. As we were leaving our floor, I noticed several “out of order” signs in the area where the ice machine and laundry machines were—not knowing for how long.
Our most previous Best Western stay was in a Florida location where the morning coffee and apple pastry was wonderful. I was...

「Hey, we decided to go there. You should call to make sure they're not still under construction. It was loud construction work until 11pm a nd again early in the morning. I mentioned this when I checked out and they tried to blame it on another tenant .The rooms were bare minimum, not even a paper cup you can drink out of. Don't expect a coffee maker in the room either. Breakfast consisted of only waffles and coffee. The workers have eaten food were on the table where you got your food. There's...
