Furthermore, in compliance with law all accommodation establishments are obliged to register all clients staying overnight, something you denied by bringing your friend in without checking him in at reception. Cher Gérard :Merci beaucoup pour votre courriel.Notre hôtel se trouve à seulement 100 mètres de la promenade qui mène à Playa del Inglés par des escaliers. La marche est un peu plus longue si vous êtes en fauteuil roulant. L'une de nos caractéristiques est l'excellent dévouement de notre personnel envers nos clients, toujours soucieux d'offrir un séjour personnalisé et un service amical. Le bar de la piscine est situé à côté de la réception, à quelques mètres de l'entrée de l'hôtel, tandis que le bar à cocktails est situé au 8ème étage et offre les meilleures vues. L'hôtel dispose de trois ascenseurs (deux pour les clients et un pour le personnel). D'après votre commentaire, nous comprenons que vous n'avez pas utilisé l'ascenseur panoramique situé à l'entrée de l'hôtel.Enfin, en ce qui concerne le nettoyage de la chambre, nous offrons un service personnalisé en demandant à nos clients quand ils souhaitent que leur chambre soit nettoyée. Vous devez comprendre que nous nettoyons toujours si la fonction "ne pas déranger" est désactivée. Nous nous réjouissons de vous revoir à l'avenir.
