「They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience 」

「L'hôtel est situé au bord du lac avec une très belle vue sur la rue passante. Mais l'hotel gagnerait a etre mieux entretenu. La devanture est quelconque avec des mauvaises herbes. Les chambres sont petites avec un vieil armoire qui ne sert a rien. Il n'y a pas de chaises. Et l'hotel est situé a environ 1 km du centre ville ( parc central et la rue de calzada). 「I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite.
