“They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience ”

“Hotel lobby looks nice but front glasses doors are stained, dirty Pro: the Air conditioning is the best thing very cool. Pool full of leave Sunday at 11:30 Am and mosquitoes- we ran back to our rooms. Beds are good Breakfast okay too much grease, not so healthy Negative Bathroom so so clean but not really hot shower it took 20 minutes and it was never really hot and we checked in late at night and I called front desk, they sent an useless maintenance man because I was 4 nights and it was……

“I am giving three stars because I expected more from the presidential room we paid for. While the staff were welcoming and helpful, the hotel itself left much to be desired. A major issue was the lack of hot water for showers, which is unacceptable considering the price of the presidential suite.
