「I loved the pool ! The restaurants.menu was ok , I mean its Nicaragua , so therr is food everywhere! No need to be stuck inside a hotel. But if you are , you can always orser food ! Drinks were amazing 👏 flor de cana always the best drink in central America ! & Make sure you book a massage !」

「Rude staff except for Ruddy, he was the only person that helped us… front desk is terrible, restaurant closes at 6pm after that you’re on your own! Wouldn’t recommend 」

「They denied us the room due to my medical alert service dog. They claimed it was a pet even with my paper work, certificates and vest! Worse they lied to hotel.com claiming they would give us the room for an extra $100 and refused refund. We reserved and arrived less than 24 hrs later and we lost a room we did not use almost $400. They said my service dog was unsanitary to the other guests and refused us entry. At 9pm at night we had to find another hotel! Horrible experience 」
