Large, modern apartment block "La Perla", 5 storeys. On the outskirts, 650 m from the centre of El Medano, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 300 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool angular fenced (depth 100 - 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-20:00) with internal staircase. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, communal covered parking space n 94. Central parking spaces. Shop 250 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, café 250 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "El Médano" 1.1 km, sandy beach "Playa El Salado" 200 m. Nearby attractions: Siam park 22 km, Playa de Las Americas 23 km, Teide 51 km, Masca 55 km. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
