Excellent Property and Beautiful Views

We really enjoyed our time and the accommodations were exactly as described. Short walk to the lift and a quick drive to the base as well. It is a very cozy home with comfortable furniture and was very clean and ready for our stay upon arrival. Gorgeous views from the upper deck and hot tub too! We would definitely stay again!

Home away from home

This property was perfect for our family. Everyone had their personal space, but could come together for movies to relax after full days of sightseeing. The property had everything you could possibly need…just like being at home.

Amazing Location/ Great Snow!

This was our second time staying at this property in the winter, and third overall as we staying once in the summer. The views are incredible and the house in perfect for our family. Tons of space to spread out and we loved eating meals in the family area. The snow was great while we were there and Granby Ranch looks to be investing in the mountain. We look forward to coming back!

Easy location for skiing

This was our first time at Grandby. The house was clean and had everything we needed. While you CAN walk to the kicking horse lift, it’s easier to just drive to the base camp and start there. The only thing I didn’t realize was that there’s no garage for this unit - not a problem for us as the weather was great.

Great Stay in Granby

Property was great; My dad and I stayed for a long weekend to seek out the fall colors and explore the area (RMNP/Winter Park all easy drives from this location in Granby). The property has great views, is well stocked and is very comfortable. Hot tub was perfect at the end of a day of exploring the area! Being that this is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, there was plenty of room for us... and would be perfect for a family or a group of friends (or both!). Enjoyed meals on the deck with absolutely stunning views! Property manager was very responsive to inquiries. We will be back!

Our quiet Colorado / Rocky Mountain Vacation

We had a great stay at Granby Ranch. The house was great and there were plenty of things to do to keep us busy and entertained. Base Camp at Granby Ranch is nice. We did the ski lift to the top of the mountain and hiked down. The west entrance to RMNP is less than an hour drive. We enjoyed exploring Granby, Winter Park, and Grand Lake which are all close to property. Best of all, we had great views from the property. We would definitely go back.

We came for a week this winter and then decided to come back and stay again this summer since the house fit our family so well. (Four kids and friend) The summer stay was even better. So many things to do; hiking, biking, golf and music at the base. Granby even has a local rodeo five minutes away that we went to twice. Visiting Monarch Lake might have been the highlight. Weather was perfect for our stay. The house was super comfortable in the summer and the back deck was perfect to sit and enjoy the views. Thanks for hosting us and we will be back!

Best of all worlds

This property was very clean, and very well appointed. It felt like carefully cared for home. The host was very quick and helpful in responding to my questions. What really makes this place though is its location. It is a 5 minute walk to the kicking horse lift AND you get a clear unobstructed view of the mountains. I do not think there is a "Ski-in, Ski-out" property at Granby that offers both quick access to the slopes and an unobstructed view. I will take the short walk to the slopes in exchange for an amazing view any day. Hoping we can book this property again yet this year.

Great Vacation Home and Location!

This home checked all the boxes. Location is great, walk to the lifts at Granby Ranch and the drive to Winter Park was easy and quick. The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable and cook some nice meals. The hot tub was so nice after a long day and the views were incredible for all over the house! Skyrun also made everything super easy with the checkin and check out. We will be back!

One of the best!

This townhome is sooooo nice! Location is nearly unbeatable for skiing u less you were literally on the kicking horse run but it took no time at all to get to base lodge or Kicking Horse. So convenient with kids!! The views are INCREDIBLE! The hot tub was sooooo nice and private. The street is quiet and peaceful. Property managers answered all of my questions and were really nice.
