Living room: Couches, Cable TV, DVD player, Wireless Internet. Gas bbq on balcony. Kitchen: Stove, fridge, coffee maker, dish washer. Bedroom 1: King size bed, full bath, closet, drawers . Bedroom 2: 2 twins beds closet, drawers. Less than 20 minutes to Winter Park skiing, and right next to Golf Granby Ranch. Great location for multi-season activities like golfing, hiking, snow-showing, snowboarding and downhill and cross-country skiing. Nearby Grand Lake offers fishing, kayaking and camping for a true 4 season destination. Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby and Arapaho National Forest are all within a 30 minute drive.

Beautiful place beautiful country!

This VRBO home was perfect for our needs. Centrally located between Winter Park and Rocky Mountain Park.it was very beautiful and the views from it are amazing. We are frequent winter travelors and although this home is not in walking distance of malls shops or gas stations that's not what we are looking for. The "Kids" snow board, we all ride snowmobiles, we love to see the mountain wildlife and all is easily accessible with a half hour drive. Just what we were looking for! We found a gem in the middle of the high country of Colorado....Beautiful! The house is fully furnished.lots ofbedding towels even shampoos and condiments. This is what we are used to in VRBO Homes Excellent!

Wonderful property.

Just what we were looking for! Has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. All we needed was our suitcase and some groceries. They provide a fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great experience.

Very nice laid our condo, nice view, well stocked

We stayed for a week while skiing, and its a beautiful place. Kitchen is fully stocked, upstairs for kids with bathroom is great, spaces are really well thought out. View out of the windows is beautiful, good place to stay.

Very well kept home was exactly what we needed and just as advertised.

Home was very clean and everything worked great. Compact grill was nice bonus and worked perfectly. Trude was extremely responsive to our questions and helpful before, during and after our stay.

We stayed for almost 7 weeks during the summer, and everything was great for us. Loved the space, the owners were fantastic, and the pool / clubhouse down the road were fun for the kids.
