The spectacular view from the condo overlooks the valley and golf course of Granby Ranch. In the distance you can see the peaks of Rocky Mountain National Park.
The spa room is brilliant and great to relax in, kids can enjoy playing games, putting puzzles together, reading books from the wee library in front of the fireplace in the living room, and the kitchen had everything you need to get dinner taken care of. Having two full bathrooms is amazing and helps tremendously with friends and family sharing the condo. There is so much storage space that everything you bring can be neatly tucked out of the way, allowing the perfect amount of room for everyone to live comfortably for a week! You are in the perfect location between Granby and Fraser, with the local Granby grocery store only five minutes away!

Our condo offers comfortable accommodations with ample space, comfortable beds, and many extras to ensure a relaxing stay. HOME EXTRAS: We know the small things make a vacation spot perfect and we’ve included them at our condo – kitchen cookware and gadgets, We have individual toiletries in the drawers ,as well as replenishable containers of consumable supplies , upgraded bedding and towels, comfortable sleeping/relaxing spaces, as well as 2 flat screen TVs . You’ll even find a nice selection of board games , puzzles, books, and card games for days you decide to stay in. Comfortable furniture with plenty of linens and blankets. Cozy gas fireplace on chilly nights. Our unit has the least amount of stairs in the complex. Once inside, only one step to the family room. We truly want our visitors to have an enjoyable stay with all the amenities of home.
This home utilizes a high-security entry lock that negates the need for keys or contact with owners. The lock enables guests to check-in directly to the unit with a unique code that is custom and will not allow any others admittance during their stay.

It is CLEAN! The location is excellent! You are about equal walking distance from putting on your skis to head down a short hill to the base f the Ski Granby Ranch.
Grand County has four great golf courses, with the back nine of Granby Ranch Golf is visible from the deck. The clubhouse is only a mile away and has food and beverages for your enjoyment.

High speed internet helps you stay connected while the family frolics .The location of our unit and hot tub in the master bedroom creates a safe, secure place for your remote learning or work. This is an ideal work/play destination with loads of work-friendly amenities. Work station tables, lights, books , games & puzzles for the kids.
HIKING. During the summer, take the Quick Draw Lift at the base of Granby Ranch and enjoy hiking trails throughout the mountain.
FISHING. We have world class fishing in the Fraser and Colorado rivers. If you like lake fishing or boating, Grand Lake, Shadow Mountain Reservoir and Lake Granby are less than 30 minutes away. Several fishing outfitters are also available in the area.
Rainbow Connection 2 is wedding or other family celebration headquarters. Dining table seats 8. Owner works with other condo owners in the complex so extended family are all close. This is our mountain home.
Sit on the deck and watch the kids play corn hole. Drive up and over Trail Ridge road for more Aspen gold. Horseback riding is close. Come stay and attend a friend's wedding. Invite family for a reunion. Watch the humming birds at the deck feeders, and wild life. Head out after dark and view the Milky Way.
In the summer you will have full access to a community grill, common area with cornhole, swimming pool, tennis court and a basketball court. There are also a laundry services downstairs in the condo complex.Mountain Biking, Fishing, Horseback Riding, ATV's Or Just Taking In The Sites - There Is Always Something To Do No Matter What Time Of Year!
