Gorgeous condo in great location
Loved the Fortino’s condo. Plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked and in the perfect location. Kelly was the sweetest with recommendations and excellent communication. Planning to return next year!

We came into town for the Hispanic Festival in Central Park. This is a perfect location for coming and going to the festival throughout the day! The condo is beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed during our short stay. We’ll definitely be back!

2nd time staying at this condo
We've been coming to Grand Haven for 7 yrs now & this is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit. Location is incredible, you can park when you arrive & not get back in your car until it's time to go home. There is SO much to do all within walking distance!

Summer in Grand Have
This is a great spot if you want to be in the middle of the action. 1 block to the River Walk with restaurants and shopping right outside your door. Accommodations are clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. And full laundry for all those dirty summer clothes!

Location, Location, Location!
As if staying above a candy store and 2 doors down from a toy store isn’t the epitome of “dreams come true,” having restaurants and entertainment all around us was AWESOME. I’m a Spring Lake native who left West Michigan 13 years ago. The changes were initially hard to swallow (no dee-lite smothered hash browns? No Italian soda from Coffee Grounds?) but we found no shortage of places to try and delicious things to eat. My whole family (all of whom were found or created far from GH) loved Mr Kozaks and Morning Star. We also were thrilled to get the kids to walk the mile to the beach! With the boats on the channel and the people watching, my 7&9 year olds didn’t complain once! The apartment was awesome. It was well appointed and very clean. We spent very little time inside, though, with the great deck and roof options. Next time we visit Grammie and the MI cousins we’ll definitely try rebooking!

Shop and Beach and Family
Very up-to-date condo with plenty of space thanks to expansive halls and floor space in living area. Kitchen was nicely equipped, the extras left by former residents made it happily handy. Easy access washer/dryer. Living over a business was not noisy as we had initially wondered - the folks in the store were very pleasant. Enjoyed our time - would stay again.

Holiday Visit
We had a great time in Grand Haven enjoying the town and seeing family. The apartment is beautiful, great location, and perfect for sharing a great holiday week. We even brought our own tree and decorations to make it a real celebration. The apartment is perfect for family gatherings, open and comfortable. We would definitely rent there again. Thanks for a great visit!

We had a great time here. Great location. Walk downtown shops or go pick up dinner - easy peasy. Very comfortable place. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. We played games and ate at the dining table. We would come back again.

Annual girls trip
Only 3 of 6 of us could go this year so the size worked. All bedrooms have queen beds so any more would have been tight fo is. You can hear the neighbors on both sides but nothing terrible for us, I just slept with earbuds and music. The ice maker was not working upon arrival. When I messaged the owner they had ice made available for us from the store downstairs. Very accommodating and easy. For a fall rental it would have been cozy to have some blankets for snuggling up for cozy chats in the living room. Overall we had a lovely time even though it was cold and rainy all weekend.

Favorite place
We love love love this place. Have stayed elsewhere in G Haven, and this is head and shoulders above any other. Enough room for us and adult children, in a place that is so beautiful and well appointed that we feel right at home. Big well equipped kitchen so that we eat most of our meals in. Fabulous location for walking.

Family getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay at Fortino’s condo. The large condo was immaculate and all one needed was provided. The bedrooms are comfortable and all decor simple and tastefully done. Loved the windows for fantastic sunlight in the daytime and the window treatments for great sleeping. We didn’t take much notice of any noise from the adjoining condo. The garbage pickup from dumpster across the parking lot was a bit loud but happened only on one morning during our stay. We loved the location over the shop and beside the bread company. Even the kids were excited to have a bit of freedom to shop on their own and enjoy the extra sweets during our stay. Grand Haven is a lovely place and it was easy to explore on foot from this condo. We spent our mornings relaxing on the balcony with tea or coffee. I would definitely return!

Beautiful place to stay, perfect location to enjoy Grand Haven. My family was really impressed.
Great place to enjoy the town. Having a early morning cup of coffee on the roof top watching the sunrise was a great way to start the day. Quick drive to the state park beach or the North Beach for some hiking. We rented kayaks on the Grand River back waters and caught some 20lb+ king salmon, steelhead, and lake trout with the local charter guides on the big water. The shopping in town also really provides some quality items and clothing, much more than gift and trinket shops.

Great Location!
Beautiful property, great location! Unit was very spacious for our kids to roam. Loved hanging out on the back porch in the evenings. Property owners were very responsive. Only con, it was a little loud, but we fully expected that given the location and holiday. Would definitely come back!

This property was beautiful and in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. Shops, food, drinks, sights right at your fingertips. We had six adults and fit very comfortably. All the amenities included in the condo made us feel right at home.

Absolutely perfect
We LOVED this place. Hard to find 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Was perfect for a trip with our adult children and then a couple of romantic days just for us. Contemporary and beautifully decorated - we didn’t want to leave. Has all the thoughtful touches to make staying there very comfortable, but none of the personal clutter that can sometimes make a VRBO not feel like yours for a few days. Perfect location with walking to everything. I am a very light sleeper and was worried about noise. We had a noisy bachelorette group in the neighboring condos or a couple of nights, but the condos were very well designed for noise reduction, so that you don’t hear noise from the bedrooms. The store below is a gourmet grocery closed in the evening, so no problem with noise there, and they sell many dangerously delicious items and are helpful with questions too. So nice to have a laundry room right in the condo - we were able to pack lighter, and never had to have damp beach items lying around. The private deck is nice for reading, writing, and sitting with a glass of wine. Wonderful air conditioning means we were comfortable even on a hot day. Thank you Eric and Kelly - we will be reserving for next year.

Beautiful, spacious condo right downtown
This is a beautiful condo right in the heart of downtown. Restaurants, coffee shops, etc are right outside your door. Every morning I enjoyed getting a coffee and walking the boardwalk down to the lighthouse and beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Beach Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very updated and clean, and offered all the things our family needed. It was located right in the heart of Grand Haven and was a quick walk to the boardwalk where all the shops, restaurants, and musical fountain are located. Family Reunion
Used to bring our daughters to GH when they were little. Spent most of our time at the beach back then. Now that they're in their 20's and 30's this is a perfect location. Short walk to bars and restaurants and we can still see the beach. Beautiful condo above our favorite specially store Fortino's.

Memorial Day 2019
This condo is terrific! Great location (we watched the Parade from our window!) super clean, comfy and well stocked for 5 adults, a 2 year old and a 10 month old. And we LOVED having Fortino's right downstairs! We hope to visit GH again soon and would stay here in a heartbeat!

Great spot in downtown Grand Haven!
The condo is great, was perfect for the two of us on a short stay but would be just as good for a family or three couples. It is in an excellent location, right in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. We will be returning soon.

Exceptional property
We are so happy that we chose Fortino’s condos as our home base for our son’s wedding. We found the accommodations were even better than described, were very clean, and have great natural lighting. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are ample size. It is clear that the owners take great pride in these condos. The location is ideal and the guest handbook provides many ideas for local dining and attractions. We will definitely request to stay in Fortino’s condos in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Grand haven. This condo is beautiful and has everything you need. It is decorated so cute! They even had a ton of games for the kids to play. It is in a great location right downtown so it was easy to shop and go out to dinner. It's only a few blocks to the boardwalk and musical fountain, which the kids loved! We would definitely stay here again!
