We wouldn’t know what the property was like on the inside. The outside is cute and location is great, close to downtown GJ and Colorado Mesa University, but we never accessed it because when pulled up, it was already occupied. At 8:30 at night we had to deal with figuring out what was going on, determining whether we had been scammed, and finding another place to stay. Contact info to the host was hard to come by and when I called, the phone number wasn’t accepting messages. I still haven’t heard from the host directly but did get help from VRBO. Super disappointed with our experience.

Perfect spot for our trip. Walkable to downtown dining and shopping. Close to our daughter’s apartment. Comfortable, clean, and spacious. Hope to make it back soon. Highly Recommend!

This was such a beautiful home, perfectly located near Main Street, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. We loved being able to settle in, have great family time but also have privacy with the beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. I would stay again and again!

Very nice townhome

Unit was very clean and cool when arrived ( air conditioner worked great !) We found beds to be super comfortable and unit was stocked w everything you need. We were traveling w our senior dog and appreciated the dog bowls and poop bags provided. Location was very convenient to all restaurants ect and to Mesa College ( we were in town for summer b-ball tournament). Host ( management co) VERY responsive and helpful. We will DEF be back next summer !

Love this place

This was our third visit to hike and snowshoe. The condo has a great, well-stocked kitchen and comfortable sofa, chairs and Beds.

Awesome location, size and management

The 3 levels were great for our combination of family and friends. Was quiet and great location. We were there for CMU parents weekend. We could walk to downtown and parks. We had a few technical issues and management promptly responded, set up a time to come out and assist us- they were efficient and did more thank we asked. Thank you

Basic comfort

The property had good space, comfy beds, and an adequate kitchen for our stay. Close enough to downtown and easy access. We had to take care of ants and beetles when we first arrived and had to rewash dishes that we “clean” in cupboards. Overall, it was a good stay, just needed more cleaning.

Fast family trip

Family getaway. Two children and two adults stayed for a fast family getaway. Husband had a tattoo in Grand Junction and made a family trip out of it. The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for our needs. We will be returning! Thank you!

The AC wasn’t working so we gave the manager a chance to remedy and received some fans that we assembled. The owner was supposed to content regarding a rebate for the night we didn’t stay and no response after several days unfortunately

Lovely design, good location, quiet

The condo is smartly designed. Kitchen has everything one needs. Comfortable beds, comfortable pillows, comfortable sofa. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. This was our second time in Grand Junction for hiking and snowshoeing. We love this place.

Great property for a family

This is a great place to stay if you have multiple members of your family staying with you. There are two full baths, three bedrooms and a bonus 1/2 bath on the first floor...game changer! Would definately stay here again whenever we're in the area.

Great stay in Grand Junction

Very nice 3 bedroom townhome walking distance to downtown and CMU. Coffee and brewery next door at Lowell school. Great host and home in fantastic condition. Enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Did not disappoint

This is an amazing find! Location to downtown is a short walk and everywhere else you need to access by car is conveniently within striking distance. Place is well equipped to handle several couples and the house is nicely appointed with everything you need to make your visit memorable. Already looking at the calendar to make our next visit.

Beautiful and spacious!

Very nice, fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, spices, felt like I was at home. Comfy couch, great internet connection, beds and bedding so comfortable. There is an inviting private patio area we did not have the chance to use. Small front porch with table and chairs to sit and enjoy morning coffee. Quiet unit. Lots of stairs! Oh and that chair in the reading nook I need to get one!! So comfy! This host really thought of everything to make this an enjoyable stay!
