“Very clean and quiet. Great place to stay with our dogs!”

“This was our second stay at Adam's place, and we will definitely return again. The place is the best value out there, and we love the proximity to the downtown area. Great place”

“Pet friendly fenced in yard & we sat outdoors in a shaded area. A spacious house with nice furniture, beds are comfortable & kitchen is adequately supplied. It’s a newer property & felt very clean when we arrived. We would highly recommend this property.”

“Really comfy beds and very clean! We come to GJ often and will stay here again!”

“This little guest-house on the outskirts of Loma, CO is the perfect base camp for any hiking or biking adventure. The host and main-homeowner Tina keeps the space clean, provides snacks, and has enough bits and bobs around the space to meet any needs you may have. It is worth noting that the views are incredible, the space is dog-friendly (Tina has a few simple requests if you bring your furry friend), and the large shower with seats is surprisingly disability/child friendly. Be sure to follow……

“Excellent, fast response to all of my questions. Located at a busy intersection. That makes it quick access to many things...still a busy intersection. The home was clean, all the basics covered well. The yard was beautiful, pains taken to mitigate the busy intersection, but still a busy intersection. Beware, if you do not have any TV apps, you will not have use of the TV. Would have liked some unique nighttime architecctural feature to identify the property when returning at night...glad no one……

“The farmhouse is AMAZING! Very quiet county setting. The home is comfortable, clean with everything needed.”

“Very clean. Comfortable beds and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood.”

“Easy check-in and close to where we needed to be for a swim meet at the college. The home only had an evaporator cooler. The front of the home was extremely cold and the back half was a little too warm to sleep at night. The home could have used a good dusting and the freezer was dirty. Overall a good stay.”

“Great stop for a family with pets along route 70. Nice house and a decent location close to plenty of places to eat.”

“Great s’mores bar and coffee! Wonderful yard area for the furry friends.”

“You will want to stay here! Perfect location close to CMU campus and other Grand Junction areas. House is spacious - plenty of living and dining room seating, well supplied kitchen, back yard is awesome-covered patio, gas grill, gas fire pit, hot tub. Host were great with communication. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This place was great. Very clean, open feel, beautifully decorated and thank goodness for the swamp cooler! Perfect fit for what our family needed.”

“We had a fantastic stay! Thank you for the hospitality.”

“So cute and dreamy. Perfect for families and friends. Fun to hang out in. Wonderful backyard. Be careful with the double decker bike ”

“Everything worked wonderfully! Exactly what we wanted and was very helpful when we needed somethings! The only thing that could make it better is some rugs!”
