The property is like an apartment on the side of the homeowner’s residence, with a separate entrance. It has a very modern look and is well stocked with all of the essentials. They even had drinks in the refrigerator and snacks for us when we arrived. It was so clean that I was comfortable walking around bare foot. The house is……

“We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again.”

“We stayed for most of the month of June. The home is in a great location with quick drives to trails or stores. Grand Mesa is about an hour away. Katie is quick to respond to any issues or concerns and you can tell that she cares and wants to make sure you have a great stay. We were able to bring our dog and she provided food and water bowls and a dog bed. That was so nice! She also provided coffee and snack items so that you had time to get to the store if you arrived late. There are great……
