“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. No direct message from the host with an apology or explanation, and no response after I’d messaged them asking if they’d canceled due to the snow. Not surprised, this is the first host that hadn’t……

“Wonderful, welcoming and comfy! All of the rooms are much larger than the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and utensils for large groups. Beds were comfy. Careful consideration for toddler's and little ones throughout the home. The host was wonderful! We were in town because our Mom was in the hospital. He was so kind and understanding of our situation. Will definitely recommended to all our family and friends coming from out of town! Lovely place!”
