「It was a great experience overall! As the other review and site description states the owner of the house who is really nice lives in the basement and has seperate entrance something to keep in mind. This was not an issue for us.The lack of air conditioning is very noticeable in these hotter months. 「We loved our stay in this vintage cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grill and the hot tub and both were in good working condition. We also loved the close proximity to town. It was a very short walk and allowed us to avoid downtown parking. I would also like to add that the neighbors where very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them.」

「Great place for after Christmas holiday. Quick walk to town. Wonderful restaurants and cute shops. Surprised that the most bars didn’t open until 3pm. House was perfect for my small family. Kitchen could use updated kitchen items such as spatulas, basic salt and pepper. So grateful the refrigerator had an ice maker which was turned on and ready before we arrived. Saw many deer just hanging out in the backyard. Beautiful area and would recommend again. 」

「Cortez is a small town and this Airbnb is a comfortable stay for exploring the Four Corners area including Mesa Verde NP. Our family stayed a few days, was able to cook, and had a great time at the park and in Durango. The neighborhood was fine, just with a loud dog next door but never bothered us while in the house. The backyard did have a few things for the kids, but the trampoline wasn't set up and I didn't want to DIY it. Inside the house, everything was great, with super comfy beds, AC, and...

「We loved the property! The house had plenty of room, the beds were very comfortable, having coffee available was great, using the TV was simple, we LOVED sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. My only cretique would be the backyard needs a little TLC, but honestly with the huge front porch with beautiful views we probably wouldn't use the backyard anyway. We would stay again for sure!」
