Fabulous!!

This property is a must. Easy to walk to restaurants. A lovely hand written note from the host. The bikes offered are a little old (cool vintage in many cases!) but we couldn’t get some of the tires to hold air.

Peaceful Stay

What a fun and peaceful stay we had here!! We were coming off a huge family packed vacation and my daughter and I just wanted one night of peace and quiet. Such thoughtful moves in this home...fresh flowers, handwritten welcome note, popsicles. We were instantly relaxed and had such a great night hanging out in the hot tub. SO clean and stocked with absolutely anything you might need. I travel a lot and stay most of the time in rental homes. I will definitely be checking to see if this one is available in the future. Thank you!! :)

This place was perfect for our short trip to Grand Junction! It was clean, quiet, and Amy was super helpful and responsive! The location is ideal- just a couple blocks to Main street for shopping and restaurants. And even if you need some quiet time in, there's still plenty to do to keep you occupied at the house. I'd definitely recommend staying here for anyone coming to the area.

CMU visit

Great stay as we explored Grand Junction and CMU. Kitchen was well stocked, rooms comfortable and Ms Pac-Man was a hit with all of us. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with the hot tub in the evening.
