Nice Little Place

The area is very centrally located and it super easy to get to the campus and airport. It’s a perfect place for 2 people to spend a couple days away from home.

Great location in Grand Junction

I stayed here while visiting my daughter. It’s very close to the airport and downtown which was nice. The condo was just as described, very comfortable and clean and had everything I needed. I appreciated how reasonably priced it was and I would definitely stay again!

We spent 2 weeks here around Labor Day. We enjoyed the apartment very much, it was nice to prepare our own meals and we also enjoyed the use of the pool. There is a first come first serve parking area in the back that was close for easy coming and going. Would stay here again next time in Grand Junction

I can’t believe this place had exceptional on its reviews!!! This place looked good in the photos but was a mixed bag of nice and not…. The decor was pretty good. The photos looked better than the reality. The big problem was the details to make it nice. The silverware, dishes, and kitchen utensils were like thrift store rejects. The can opener barely worked and the wine opener needs to be a proper corkscrew size and not that skinny, ineffective one. The portable fan was old! And the towels were old and cheap. The sheets were nice and the AC was fine. It was okay. It wouldn’t take much too make this place seem much better. Also, the front door stuck so bad we had to use full body force to open and close it!!! The linen closet was the same. This was disappointing and I can’t believe it had an exceptional rating! Upgrade and fix these things then it would have been great.

Great quiet place to stay

This was a great place to stay! It was quiet and just a short drive to anything you need. I give them props as well for being very quick to respond. A battery got low to a smoke detector and it began chirping. They immediately responded asking what time we would like them to come out in a new battery. Nice easy to work with people. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. Great bed.
