「If you are looking for a 5 star house this may not be your cup of tea. Although the house could use some maintenance the overall experience was great. Cleanliness was pretty good, like any place there are some detailed cleaning that could be done but couldn't my house too ;) Everything was clean and comfortable. Owner was excellent to work with and very quick to respond to any inquiries. We had a family gathering and there was plenty of chairs in the shade and yard for the kids to play in. The...

「We didn't spend much time in there but the time we did spend was wonderful. There was a few storms while we were there and it just added to the feel of the tin with the rain pouring on it. We went on the trails they had it was very nice.」

「We needed a roomy place for family, two couples and a single adult, to stay for a wedding in the area. The place was clean, roomy and we were pleasantly surprised by the tray of snacks. Check-in is on the side door and it is not on GPS yet but we got there OK. It is a new house and on a short gravel road.Beds were comfy, plenty of towels, TVs worked and ice in the fridge was good. I would rent here again if back in the area.」

「Staff was informative and friendly. Breakfast was great and choice of in house breakfast and passes was unique. Everything was clean…rooms were spacious and well stocked. The area was activity.filled. We went to museums, stores and galleries. Everything was in walking distance. Also there are a variety of restaurants we enjoyed. All in all, Paducah was a charming, hospitable place to visit.」

「This is a wonderful farmhouse surrounded by cornfields: all the peace and quiet you want, but within 15 minutes from whatever you need. The house was clean and well-equipped, and the hosts seem to have thought of every detail to make your stay a pleasant one. We also loved reading about the history of the house and its previous occupants! Great experience all around. 」
