"This hotel is right on the border between the old town and new town. So it is not too crowded like the hotels inside the old town, but it is still in walkable distance to all attractions. The hotel rooms look very new and the decoration is stylish and serene. The floor window is huge and the view is beautiful. The paintings along the hallway from the guests rooms to the front-desk make the hotel also artful. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant on the first floor, very fresh and delicious."

"The staff were all so incredibly polite and helpful. There was a leak in the front lobby ceiling, but it looks like it just happened the same day we checked in. They had workers in looking at it. Our room was so clean and absolutely adorable!! We were on the main floor and had 2 separate rooms with a sitting room in between. It was a close walk to all the heart of Old Quebec City, and we didn’t need to drive at all while we were there. There were many little restaurants surrounding and I honestly wish that I had booked a longer stay!! I would definitely bring your own shampoo if you’re picky because it’s the typical hotel body/hair washing gel. My daughter didn’t mind it, but I’m a bit pickier lol. There is limited parking, but there is a parking lot that is only a 3-5min walk away. It was surprisingly quiet and we had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!!"

"Rooms were clean bright and beautiful. The restaurant/bar has a great atmosphere and excellent food. I’m The only thing is that “lobby” of the hotel is basically their restaurant. Valet is provided which is very helpful. However the fire alarm went off the morning we left and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs to the front of the restaurant and wait about 25 min for our car to be brought around."
