Beautiful house. Walking distance to the beach, some restaurants, grocery store and beach shop. The pool was fabulous. Troia is beautiful and peaceful - not a lot going on but great for families and couples looking for the beach and calm. Close to Setubal by a really convenient ferry. Only thing that wasn't great - you need to buy towels for the beach and a beach umbrella.

Highly recommend, amazing House located in a dream area.

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Emanuel and Joana’s home! The house was exactly what we needed, a peaceful and sunny getaway to relax, enjoy the beach, and recharge as a family. Everything went smoothly, and we’re so grateful for the warm hospitality and support throughout our stay. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. It truly felt like a home away from home. We’re already looking forward to returning in the future it’s definitely made our list of favorite holiday spots! Thank you once again for everything. Cons: N/a

Boa localização

Pros: Praia fantástica de areia fina e com muito espaço. Ar condicionado funciona muito bem. Camas confortáveis. Proprietário sempre em contacto de mensagem. Cons: Proprietário não atendeu o telefone, só responde por mensagem. Casa não é T3, mas sim T2+1. São dois quartos e o terceiro tem acesso através do segundo quarto, onde está a casa de banho. Cozinha tem uma copa muito pequena. Não se consegue ter os quartos completamente escuros durante a noite, tem sistema de fecho laminado, que deixa passar a iluminação dos candeeiros do exterior. Não se consegue subir, durante o dia, as lâminas das janelas, interruptores todos avariados. O Wi-Fi não funcionou bem durante toda a estadia, o proprietário sabia e não informou, tinha necessidade de fazer alguns trabalhos e fiquei impedido disso. Também, não propôs uma devolução de valor, sabendo do meu prejuízo, o que seria correto.

Pros: La casa es excepcional y coincide con lo que muestran las fotos: amplitud, diseño, luz natural, climatización, calidad de los electrodomésticos, TV, equipo de música y ubicación. El anfitrión ha estado siempre atento a cualquier duda, y proponiendo recomendaciones sobre la zona, y sitios de interés.
