Great for family of 4 with older kids

Parents and each kid had their own room with a tv. Kitchen was perfectly stocked to prep meals. Grateful for the extra towels and beach chairs. Great location to walk to beach and grab a meal. Also appreciated the quiet neighborhood on days that we slept in.

Family GetAway

This location was not only beautiful but easily accessible to many places to shop, eat, etc. All within walking distance. The rooms and bathrooms were great.

Reunion

Three old friends from childhood had a short reunion. This place was great! Nice to have plenty of space for each of us. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Great location in PB

Came into town for a family wedding, house was centrally located to shops, bars, grocery and restaurants. Space was clean, open and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Great rental!

Just a short walk to beach and restaurants. We were able to park a large, lifted truck and a cross over vehicle in the garage with room to spare. Thoughtful welcome basket also included masks, hand sanitizer, and snacks.

Birthday celebration

We came out to celabrate my husbands 70th birthday and visit our daughter and son-in-law. We were joined by my husband's two brothers and their wives. Wehad a wonderful time to renember. Thank you for the accommodations their were very nice.

Nice condo

Very clean. Big house! Nice appliances. The downstairs bathroom needs a longer shower curtain or glass doors put back in. The master bathroom pocket door has a lock on it that needs to be fixed. Sorry, I need to let the host know that without even locking the door, I was nearly locked in and couldn’t get myself out. The garage is large, 2 car. Very nice condo.

4 family days in San Diego

I was very impressed with the interior of the house. Very clean, beautifully decorated and designed and very comfortable. We’re a family of 4 with two teenage sons. Everyone got their own room with a king bed and a bathroom. We all had more than enough space. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was well laid out and stocked with appliances and utensils. We did laundry as well without any problems. The location was convenient for trips all over San Diego. We only ate at one restaurant in the area, Oscars. We went several times and it was great because it’s right around the block. Incredible tacos and reasonably priced, which is saying a lot for San Diego. Beach access if simple. Not easy if you’re carrying a lot of stuff but still close to the house. It’s a great area for running and walking and a few blocks down there is access to the boardwalk which has lots of shops and restaurants and is great for running and walking. Enjoy!

Loved everything about it!

We stayed here with friends for a week's vacation. Condo was extra clean when we got there, very spacious, and the patio was lovely (roof deck was still unavailable, but we didn't really miss it). Of interest if you have small children: our friends and their baby were in the downstairs suite, we were upstairs in the master with our two year old, and neither of us could hear the other's kid cry at night. :) The location is great as well- the proximity to the beach made it easy to walk down there with two young children. The company was very responsive: when the garage door opener stopped working they immediately sent someone to fix it, and when we decided we needed a beach wagon to haul kids and toys around, it was delivered the next day. All around great, seamless experience, even checkout was easy- no long list of cleaning tasks to get through! Loved it, would absolutely stay here again. If I had one suggestion it would be that the kitchen could use a few more tools; we had to buy a wine opener that we left behind for future guests. :) Thanks for a great stay!

Tourmaline property

We enjoyed the location near the ocean. The house floor plan suited us perfectly, with a master downstairs and 2 bedrooms up with family room and kitchen.

Great house

Location was great. Very close to Tourmaline beach, as well as restaurants and grocery store. Beautiful setting, spacious house. Love the king beds, and three full baths. Definitely recommend.

Family wedding

This was our first trip to the San Diego area and we found the accommodations and location ideal. We traveled with 2 other couples and we were all very pleased with our stay. Should we return to the SD area, we will definitely stay here again.

Spacious Clean and Close to the Beach

This space worked out perfectly for our family wedding trip with adult children. The spacious garage was an added bonus and it was nice to be able to walk to iconic eateries such as Oscars. The kitchen is nice and spacious for preparing family meals. We were a little disappointed that the rooftop deck was off limits due to a structural concern, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I would recommend this property in peaceful PB for a large family or group.

Great location

The house is within walking distance to several beaches, places to eat, and shops. Very convenient because parking is hard to find. Rooftop deck was blocked off and inaccessible which was a bummer but the second level patio was very nice and we spent a lot of time out there. Kitchen was fairly well stocked (bring a wine bottle opener) and spacious. The garage was huge and fit two SUVs with no trouble. Having the extra garage door opener was nice so that we didn’t have to get out of the car and use the code every time. This house was perfect for the 6 of us with the downstairs bedroom, mini kitchen, and full bath being perfect for the family with the baby. Overall great location and we had a great time.

Great place

Great place to stay will certainly come back. Highlights: 3 king beds (very hard to find at other rentals), super comfortable beds, very quiet neighborhood, we all slept great Great location - on tourmaline beach (surfers only) but only blocks from pacific beach good for swimmers and boogie boards as well. In between pacific beach and bird rock/la Jolla which has great food, beaches, boardwalk for running or biking, excellent coffee and pastries and shopping Reasonable amount of things you need provided- soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent No issues with check in or check out. At one point I called the office with a random question prior to our visit and the person I spoke to was super nice.

great location, lots of smokers nearby

The property was clean and well appointed. Located across the street from Tourmaline Beach. My only beefs were that the property is surrounded by apartments so the weekends were noisy and felt like party central. Also, the next door neighbor smoked pot 3-4 times/day and cigarettes throughout the day. Was a problem because his porch was 4 feet from our living room window which we could never open because of his smoke. The street noise from Mission Blvd could also be annoying.
