「When I first arrived at the resort I loved all the greenery - the trees it felt like a tropical escape. My room was amazing a junior suite with views of the ocean and inland Barbados. The one glitch was the A/C wasn’t working. I requested a new room and was moved to another building closer to pools and restaurants. The room was comfortable and cool. Everyone I met was polite accommodating and happy to help. I definitely recommend a stay at the Crane if you are looking for a relaxing spot...

「I love The Crane and the Residences has always been my favourite place to stay on property. No sea view but it feels for private. I bit of a damp smell was in the room but that may be the limestone. Never the less, a lovely stay as usual. Staff are very nice.」

「I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of the markets and conveniently located near one of the palaces, which made exploring the area very easy. Unfortunately, the room and the way the hotel handled the issues really impacted my stay. The first room I was given had a horrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom. The front desk contacted maintenance, and I was told the issue had been fixed, but the smell was still there. They eventually moved me to another room...

「The staff was very helpful and pleasant」

「Where do I start. Positive side upon my arrival the Security Guard on staff 9/26 was very helpful. Waiter Rsashawn and Tyrel were very pleasant and gave off positive vibes. I was sad when they left and weren’t returning while I was there. The room was pleasant. The location is great if visiting the Friday night fish fry. The downside- the staff were rude. The older lady in the dining area (black glasses) was very rude. I had a paper that said breakfast was over at 10:30 I arrived at 10:15 and...

「Lovely boutique hotel. Friendly staff, restaurant on property and a central pool. The rooms were nice and spacious, with mini fridge and a microwave. It is bit off the beaten track, but I like that. You would need private transportation to get around.」

「Food and drinks were delicious(and endless) the views were incredible. 10 out of 10 would recommend!」

「Everything was excellent」

「Great hotel. One of the better hotels in Barbados」

「The staff was horrible they were very bothered with majority of the things you asked for even in the restaurant. Be wise in choosing this resort and do your research.」

「Great hotel」
