Modern Water-View Cottage with A/C

  • This cottage is located just 10 minutes to Cavendish and 15 minutes to Kensington on one of the best boating and kayaking rivers on PEI. The property is a large water-view lot. Located just minutes away from world class golf courses, amazing beaches and restaurants.

    This cottage features an open concept area & kitchen with beautiful views of the water from the kitchen/dining room, living room and large deck. A fully equipped modern kitchen offers all new stainless steel appliances and a large island with 3 stools. The dining table seats up to 6 people. The master suite offers a king size bed, a door with direct back deck access. The second bedroom offers 2 unique boat shaped beds with built in storage and a picturesque water-view.

    The main bathroom includes a tiled tub/shower combination.

    The living room features a full size modern stacked washer/dryer behind a sliding barn door. The living room also has an electric fireplace for those cool nights. The cottage also has A/C for those warm days and nights.


    The cottage boasts Fiber-op High Speed internet, and a Smart TV with access to netflix and youtube. PEI Tourism # 1201218
