I can not say enough good things about the entire stay… the staff, absolute gems of humans… the grounds, calming and inviting with lawn games, a koi pond and so much more… and the room, fully stocked and most importantly the bed is super comfy! I slept like a dream. Overall, 1000 stars if I could!!」

「Basic, but clean and well-priced」

「Great location, friendly staff, great value. The room was clean, there was a bit of shotty craftsmanship around the room. On the upside some of the things look to have been recently updated, like the floor and vanity. The towels were either brand new or exceptionally clean. I would stay there again. Thank you」

「Simple breakfast but good options - very much appreciated the non-dairy selections. Bed was comfy, room was clean, and met our needs (glad to have a fridge!). AC worked well, and we didn't hear much noise through the walls/ceiling (though we do travel with a white noise machine, so that probably helped). 「The rooms were very clean and the owners very friendly. The Queen bed was comfortable but the king was a bit stiff and springy. Could use a mattress topper.」

Then I was told that my amount owed was $30 less than what I already paid. When we went up to the room it was old, dirty not well kept, nor was it safe. 「We loved feeling part of the outdoors when inside of this fun yurt. A true relaxing getaway among gorgeous tree-covered hills. Lots of options for sleeping arrangements as our group came and went. I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Skya from Nevada City who came out to the house. The home was located about halfway between Auburn and Grass Valley which was nice. Hosts were very helpful.」

「Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward.
