Staff was super friendly and efficient upon checking me in. The bathrooms are in need of some updating but overall nice place to stay.

No real complaints was fairly dated but I believe they were doing Reno’s was good enough for one night

The property was filthy, I had to change rooms 3 times after check out due to mold, dirt and mouse poop on beds, shower and couch. The staff then proceeded to make derogatory comments about me in front of me in a language they did not think I understood due to me making complaints about the mouse poop. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good side was the front desk worker when I first checked in. She was extremely helpful and sincere with her apologies due to the conditions of the room. She deserves to work somewhere much nicer and more appreciative of there staff.

It was a filthy run down hotel, on top of that the heat stopped working in our room and we had to spend 2 hours talking to the front desk and management and Expedia to attempt to get a refund for the freezing cold unsafe conditions, still waiting for a resolution
