「The communication was inconsistent. They make promises they dont keep - like grocery orders they forget to purchase, and pantry access for more toilet paper that you can't access. Instead they changed my room access code due to "miscommunication". The floor was filthy, it turned my white socks actually black, and the room was suffocatingly hot. The price was equal to a decent hotel in a much nicer area, but I booked it for the convenience of a washer/dryer. That machine was a nightmare that...

「Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.」

I had a person in the room next to me talking at 2am loudly on the phone, the walls must be super thin. Room was fine and the location is good, but don’t stay here if you are a light sleeper.」
