“Very nice place to stay and instructions to access were easy to follow. Bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy and clean. Quiet complex and nice location near restaurants and shopping.”

“Felt safe throughout our time here, security measures are solid while still allowing an open vibe throughout common areas.”

“Great location and very close to downtown Van Alstyne and the property was close to our family that we were visiting. The property was clean, quiet and very spacious and provided what we needed during our stay. Bathroom has a nice size walk-in shower and the bed in the full bedroom was very comfortable. We had a couple minor issues during our stay which were resolved quickly by our host. We would recommend this property to others and we would consider staying again at the property in the future.”

“Wasn't given any check in information. Unit was changed before we arrived. Had to make a report ti vrbo. Owner didn't communicate until vrbo got involved. Never stayed and they kept my money. Complete rip off.”

Unfinished concrete under kitchen island & kitchen sink area; No doors except on bathroom. All other areas separated by only curtains. Only areas worth mentioning are bathroom shower and coffee bar area.Very dissatisfied and disappointed.”

“Very comfortable stay”

“Blinds need repair. Every blind was broken exposing guests to the parking lot. Other than that, it was nice and worth the price. ”
