"The host was friendly, checking photos and information were accurate, and fairly easy to follow. Parking was easy, and obvious. Finding the unit took a few minutes. The unit was comfortable. The location is convenient to many ski areas, and for us, many famous bicycle routes in the summer. It is close to a fairly busy road, so if that is a big turn off for you I would look else where. I use a little white noise device and slept well even though I'm a fairly light sleeper. I would recommend...

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent hotel, centrally located next to the cable car. The rooms were well appointed with fabulous views. The pool and steam room were great at the end of long day hiking. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide range of dishes available. We also very much appreciated the staff who were all friendly and helpful. As an improvement suggestion, in the absence of air-conditioning, it would be great if fans could be made available during the recent heatwaves - the rooms did get quite warm overnight!"

"Very clean rooms. Small bathrooms with toilet separate from shower & sink. NO A/C. Room was hot with temps in the high 80’s but windows open did help. A fan in the room would have helped. About 15 min uphill walk from downtown & train station. Good location for Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers, & Brevent."

"Breaths really limited and repetitive. Food kept running out it’s supposed to be served 7.15-10 but by 9ish there’s hardly anything left. Even when you ask for bread or fruit they act like they don’t understand …. Limited to Bread x1 style of cheese x1 meat x1 yoghurt mini croissants mini pan choc basic cereal. Very wet scrambled egg, mini sausage and bacon. Watermelon nectarines and apricots. Orange juice tea or coffee:hot chocolate. For a week it was not good enough for 3 star. And not enough."
