“Cosy place with good breakfast”

“The taps for hot and cold water did not work properly. Sometimes it is very hot and sometimes very cold. There was always no one at the reception. Although the workers in the lodge were very helpful, we needed to look for them. We also discovered that the clean towels were left on the floor for changing the dirty ones. In fact, the bedsheets and blankets would not be changed except that you asked them to do so. The beds were too old that they were too soft. I think the cleaners only tidied up……

“It’s a good hotel, well situated for the airport (if that why you’re staying there). For me the hotel amenities, of which there were many, weren’t useful as I only had a short single night stay. The room was well appointed but the a/c even on full cooling was not able to cool the room properly. It was too warm. The television remote wasn’t working properly either. Not a big deal but irritating.”

“I stayed one night to catch an early morning flight. Checked in after 9pm and out at 5am. There was air con and it was lovely. The room is nice with a double and single bed which were clean and comfortable. The bathroom let it down as it needs some modernising, but was ok”

“On arrival all staff were most helpful. The room was excellent as was the food we had. An excellent break and will stay again.”

“The best hotel, among the six hotels, i had stayed in our recent trip to the UK. Not only does thw hotel has tidy and spacious family room, the toilet is clean and the breakfast is wonderful and the room rate is very attractive. The only drawback is that there is no lift for our room at upper floor. In sum, an excellent hotel which i am ready to patronize or recommend to ky friends. ”

“SWIMMING POOL was the main reason I booked this hotel, for my 2 children to have a swim after a long day, it does not say on the web page that you have to pre book, it does not say on the Web Page that it is adult only after 7pm. It does not say on the web page that the SWIMMING POOM is part of a kepp fit membership, and that has members that go there 1st thing in the morning and moan about children enjoying themselves while they are trying to get their lengths in. So I think it would be a good……

“So bad. We just arrived around 20 minutes and then they ask us to pay for charge of bath with no reason. I’ve no idea why but the manager told us cuz we have arrived 20 minutes so we need afford the charge of bath. ”

“Nice rooms over the pub. No AC so hot in late June. Some noise from the pub garden area but fine after 11 pm. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Nice outdoor eating/drinking area.”
