「The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and their service was very generous; they were always trying to assist and were excellent guides on our tours. I should clarify that the breakfast is very basic, I completely understand that, but Robbie and her husband deserve top marks for their excellent service.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and we truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianmen Mountain, the train station, and the 72 Wonders, making it an excellent base for exploring Zhangjiajie. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a convenient location.」

「As a Muslim woman, I worried about privacy - but Tina arranged a room with curtained windows facing the inner courtyard. Supermarket 200m sells halal instant meals (no breakfast needed). Obsessive hygiene: separate slippers for bathroom, . Walked back at 10PM - well-lit streets with security patrols. Cultural gem!"」

「Hotel was convenient for Tianmen Mountain cableway entrance. It is clean with nice rooms. Staff don't speak much English but were friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that they advertise a free airport shuttle as one of their amenities but this was not the case. When I asked to book it, the hotel staff said they did not offer this service.」
