"Amazing staff"

"The room was luxurious, the service from the staff was impeccable! I checked in asking where I could smoke but instead the staff checked me in a smoking room! The next day I didn't want cleaning one because I'd prefer some privacy and would prefer it done the following day and the cleaning staff actually stocked up extra water and coffee whenever they came into clean also wrote very nice and kind notes like "Welcome home!" Also on the same evening I checked in, I noticed my coat button dropped and I asked for a sewing and it was promptly sent to me! Amazing!"

"Beautiful rooms, immaculately clean and friendly staff, perfect location, walking distance to Liberation Square, cable car and metro station, only complaint was that the reception is on the 51stst floor so a bit strange when you arrive. "

"The room was smaller than expected based on photo. The staff are very helpful and friendly. On 6 Dec, we forgot to book a taxi to pickup at 5am to airport and the young staff at the lobby patiently helped us book a big car as we have 6 luggages. The car arrived in just 3 mins."
