"The pictures of the hotel are misleading and miscategorized. It should be considered a motel. The bathtub had piled up spacula in it the furniture was chipped up, scratched up, outdated. The staff was not welcoming. My husband was charged $60.00 to check in earlier than 3pm although we asked during booking if we were allowed to check in around 10:30/11am and was told yes but was not informed via telephone that there was a fee to check in early. Which is ridiculous I’ve ever in my years of traveling been charged to check in early. The bed linen was stained appeared to be dirty and when asked to get new linen the housekeeping supervisor was adamant about not changing it my husband and I went to a local store to get new linen . It was not a welcoming nor comfortable “ home away from home “experience. Nor was there any continental breakfast. I’d never recommend this establishment to anyone."

"Worst stay of my life. This place is in the middle of an industrial park, surrounded by businesses. It also had construction going on so the lobby was a construction zone. There was only one person who worked there to deal with all the people. Our room was very cold, my daughter went to the front desk to ask for a couple of extra blankets when the heat failed to warm up the room ( we turned up the thermostat) and came back with one. Said the lady at the desk said she was only allowed to have one blanket. So I put my socks on and my coat over my feet and tried to sleep ( I was too cold) ended up with leg cramps from being too cold all night.We choose this VRBO because the host stated when I asked him about transportation to New York that it was a 5 minute walk to MCDonalds where there was a bus stop to the city. I specifically asked the host if there was a train station or bus station nearby I could park my car at. The only answer he gave me was McDonald’s. Turn’s out McDonald was a 20 min walk along a busy road to get there and a 5 min drive in the car. I figured this out after I wasted money on bus tickets I didn’t use because I couldn’t find McDonald’s the first day. However, a kind person stopped and and told us about the train station in a nearby town which was not even a 20 min drive that we could park at and take the train to Nrw York.It was very noisy , shouting in the halls, drill and tools noiseI would not stay with this host again. "
