「Very nice except no heater in room」

「We liked the bed and showers. The pictures on the internet appear to be hardwood or laminated but the bedroom was carpet. The temperature in the room was humid and 77 degrees when we arrived. We attempted to turn it down and found it was locked at 70 degrees which it didn’t reach until early the next day. The sight listed this motel as 5 stars but it isn’t even close to 4. We were horrified when we looked at the wash cloth! For what they charge we were disappointed. We at least had the freedom...

「Everything is fine except that the receptionist on ground floor was away for a long time. He left a contact number to call, but I thought he'd be back soon so decided to wait at the lobby for half an hour. Still no show.」

「I would like to write a better review for the Executive Suites because the staff were friendly and professional. However, the property is dingy, dated and not acceptable at the price point. The A/C worked but was not installed well so the main bedroom was full of moths. For similar cost, there are other motels in Chapleau that are very clean, centrally located and nicely updated. This motel needs to upgrade or drop its price!」

「I paid for parking but the lot was poorly marked. The property also needs a curb free loading area for guests checking in. It seems to be designed for long term tenants.」

「The Hotel was excellent , till it was not the elevator broke i was a disability person on the 3rd floor with only stairs outside to get out of the hotel, My wife helped my out of the hotel, we ended our trip there and then , drove home that day.」

「Rooms were lovely and fresh....newly remodeled . Issue with tiny ants in bathroom on floor Tea towel would have been nice Mats a doors due to snowy boots No sheets if you were to use couch Bedroom TV didn't work....wasn't connected Bed so compfy .Area safe and quiet Area 」
