"We had problems with the TV the whole time we were there, our fridge broke down and the toilet seat was just about falling off when we checked in. They moved us rooms and the new room had horrible pillows. That must’ve been 100 years old."

"The shower was extremely small. I am only 5 ft but my husband is 6ft and it was difficult for him to move around. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket or comforter was really thin."

"I absolutely enjoyed every bit of my stay in Niagara Falls. When I arrived at the hotel everyone was so friendly and welcoming. When it was time to checkin there was a $100 deposit due for EACH NIGHT of the stay that I wasn’t aware of and definitely didn’t budget for but I mean what can you do. Then they offered me a better view on the 40th floor for an additional $200 per night not including the over $500 that I already paid which was very confusing. The manager took it down to $100 per night and I still wasn’t budgeting to spend an additional $400 on my hotel stay alone. Food and experiences were the most important to me. But the corner view of the horseshoe was great, the room was lovely and I enjoyed the liveliness of the hotel. The food wasn’t very tasty for the price in my opinion but I had a great Mother’s Day weekend. We did maid of the most, behind the falls and the Skylon tower. 10/10. Oh and parking was $35 per night to park at a lot offsite and $100 per night for garage parking at the hotel"
