「Self Check-in was seamless as it was clearly outlined in cutwater emails. Considering the city “beached“ the sidewalks with salt, the entry hall and room were immaculate. A self service continental breakfast area was well equipped. The well appointed room had a dedicated mini-split, everything is new and clean, including a tiled, shower and bathroom with high-end fixtures. This recently remodeled room was super cozy and I slept great on a high end memory foam mattress, would definitely stay here...

「Immaculate room. Loved the dispensers in the shower; they were all full! The temperature was easy to regulate, the comforter was spotless and not too heavy for the heated room. We had more than enough clean towels, washcloths, and hand towels for both of us. I'm not a fan of having to request towels because we're missing a hand towel or sometimes even a bath towel, in other places. What we loved the most, though, was the service. We ordered from UberEats and asked for utensils and disposable...

「Cape Ann in the winter is quiet and beautiful. The room was large and comfortable— great shower, a fridge if you choose to bring food and wine for an in-room picnic. It was quiet and we barely heard other guests staying upstairs. Easy check-in and check-out. Lovely view, as well! 」
