「We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. The only drawback this time was just the seemingly never ending “fees” and...

「Overall a new facility, very spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The problem is the wall is not soundproof, I can hear young people talking loudly in the room next door. I can even hear the vibration of the mobile phone... 」

「It's a simple and clean hotel in cheery creek, but it provides all the basic needs. Wifi reception is acceptable. Denver is navigated mainly by Uber for tourist. So it's not a problem as long as the place is not too far from the place you went. There is a few good restaurant nearby. No worry about food unless too late」

「1. nearly closed to where I want to go during my visit. 2. Local transportation is quite convenient around the hotel 3. Didn’t have room cleaning everyday even I did the requested 4. Need to improve the variety of breakfast . 5 need to ask for towel changing and tooth brush and tooth paste every time. 6. No free bottle of water. 」

「My husband can’t have gluten. When he asked the front desk (the evening before) and the breakfast staff if there were any gluten free options for breakfast. they had no clue. So my husband was not able to eat. 」
