I left a bag at the hotel and when I called for it they said they didn't have it. But housekeeper found it and called to let me know. But the next day I called and they didn't have it. So my friend went up there and still no bag. I called up there and a man told me that they couldn't find it. I explained they had located it once so I knew it...

「look, it was $50 a night - I wasn’t expecting luxury to any degree, but this was the grossest hotel i’ve ever stayed in. everything that was metal was rusted and falling apart, the bedding was covered in stains, and the nightstands were covered in hardened, white droplets (one could only assume what those were.) they have a very strict policy that if you are not pleased with the quality of your room you cannot get a refund, you just get the opportunity to swap to an equally if not more...

「This property needs a remodel soon. Beds are comfy and the location is quiet and beautiful. But there is Paint peeling in bathroom ceiling, bathtub chipped with rust stain, dated color scheme. The staff were good, the breakfast is an extra charge and was not available yet as we departed early. I feel this properly is overpriced.」

「Massive construction going on, considering how inconvenient it is and the level of construction going on, I would have not stayed here at full price. I wish they would have informed of this during booking. I could have stayed at a much nicer place for around the same spend」

「Most of the hot breakfast items were cold, not sure if the heat was not working on the chaffing dishes. Was good otherwise.」

「Floors were not that clean. The continental breakfast was 98% carbs, no good selections for diabetics. Do not shower after 9 on a Sunday morning unless you prefer cold showers. There was one lamp between the beds that worked. No lighting for the desk area.」

「The building is under renovation but we where able to use pool fitness center and laundromat next door I love the stay there staff are nice and friendly especially Justin he was my favorite」

「Facility was clean and the room was pleasant smelling and clean. I could see my reflection in the bathroom floor. Price was good compared to comparable. Customer service was good and it even had a small heated indoor pool. Will stay again」
