“Property is under massive construction. It would have been nice to know that before. Not their fault just poor communication. Staff was great.”

“I’ve been staying here for about a month everything about the personnel and property is top notch or I wouldn’t continue to stay here. I don’t like how much the rates have increased since I first came here and I will have to find other accommodations due that fact. I simply can’t afford to stay here much longer. But I do understand due to the economic climate that the war is causing the upward prices everywhere.”

“This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in, we checked out faster than we checked in, everything was filthy from the first step into the building, the furniture was broken and dirty, the carpet was stained all over, the floors were sticky and the whole place smelled awful, I could keep going but the list would never end. DO NOT STAY HERE, RUN FAR AWAY!”

“This is our favorite place to stay. We always utilize Homewood Suites for our stays. They are always clean, the staff is always terrific, and the stay is always pleasant.”

“I wish we would have known it was being remodeled. It was messy on our floor, and it smelled of construction dust. The kids were anxious to swim but the patio and pool was under construction and wasn’t open. We could use the pool at the hotel next door, but with state track and all the track teams in town we thought it would be very crowded.”

“Excellent for.business folks, not families. No meal service-just frozen or snacks. Set TV volume at top (79) - couldn’t hear clearly. Reported Day 1 & not fixed 4 days later at checkout. Bar wat staff stood outdoors on a phone instead of taking our orders, so made popcorn & one frozen dinner. Great city to visit or do business, but suggest not Aloft for families. Just sleep here & eat somewhere else”

“Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but my room was not ready when I arrived at 3:45 PM. I had to wait until after 4:45 PM, which was very disappointing after a long and tiring trip.”
