“Super Aufenthalt”

“Property is great, but massive downside is no WiFi. This should be flagged at top of listing - a note for the owners and Hotels.com/Expedia. Some people may want a place with no WiFi, so it can be a selling point too. But this place has very poor mobile phone reception too. For a combined holiday with the need to do some work, this just didn't work. The owners also highlighted the TV, which only had basic channels despite being a smart TV. The place was spotless, but relatively basic. The check……

“This was a ‘luxe’ stay in the middle of a farming community so unexpected but definitely worth the trip! It took us most of our time there to figure out the lighting system but once we’d mastered that we could see how much effort had gone into the fixtures and fittings on the room. Loved the service area too 👌👍”

“The parking lot is in need of significant maintenance, as there were numerous potholes throughout the area. We were assigned a room at the back of the property, and parking was somewhat difficult when parking closer to the room. Since the parking area is unpaved, I had to park farther away and carry our suitcases to the room. The shower setup was also problematic, as water ran excessively and soaked the floor mat after just one use. Additionally, there were no staff interactions during our stay,……

“Luxurious, clean, well appointed room and amenities. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The self served breakfast is a great start to the day. The complimentary sweet treats to have with your tea or coffee and/or a port in the evening were a nice touch. ”

“lovely accommodation within a very short walk to the beach. Fantastic breakfast and the staff were very attentive a friendly. My only (very minor negative) is that we arrived on a Wednesday having driven all day and the only two dining venues walkable were both not serving food. I believe other days of the week would have been different. That said, this accommodation is highly recommended.”
