“Great all across the board”

“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. Throughout the night, I had to endure various sources of disturbance, including the passing trains, loud trucks, live music from the bar, and an unusual machinery noise that even……

“Un hotel muy cómodo y está muy bien decorado. Las habitaciones están súper amplias y las camas son deliciosas. Y sin dejar de lado la alberca que está muy a gusto para este calor. Tiene una excelente ubicación y hay muchos restaurantes muy cerca. Un gran lugar para quedarse en Guadalajara.”

“Great Boutique hotel , great location and immerive experience. I suspect the building has plumbing issues with toilet /connected to shower and secondary "fumes" and water smell ....i believe the hotel is aware of it ! we were on top floor, but secluded from Traffic noise, which can be problematic for light sleepers. Enjoyed the exquisite decor. I recommend it”
