I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is fantastic, the staff is very friendly, and the room was very well-equipped, spacious, clean, and modern—perfect for spending several comfortable nights. The area is safe, and there are many convenient transportation options. The nightly rate is quite reasonable and made for a very enjoyable stay. I will definitely return.

Excellent location in Colonia Americana just one block from Avenida Chapultepec. There are many coffee shops, breakfast restaurants, dining restaurants, various ethnic or international restaurants, sports bars, cocktail bars etc. The hotel is beautiful, with large rooms all with views of the city, some with balconies. Breakfast buffet is very good. There's a small gym with weights and stationary bikes. The staff is excellent. Especially Mirasol at the front desk and bellman Dylan.

Hotel staff was courteous and professional however room service was a fail after ordering drinks & given a 15min estimate, drinks never came. Restaurant horrible customer service, arrived at 6:00pm and after asking about 6 times about drinks/food order, 3hrs 40min later while asking again told by Mgr. my order could not be completed & all they had to offer were plain sandwiches take it or leave it. Not to mention the room service was placed before heading to restaurant at 10min before 5:00pm that never came. Total wait time for nothing close to 5 hours. Mgr unapologetic and hostess threw a fit every time I inquired by even slamming the drawers at the hostess desk, shout out to Galilea Sotelo Hernández. They served more than multiple tables before my party, took a mad line of walk in orders that came after the entire place was full & seated with every table taken. Mind you my party was the only group with a child whom never got to eat that night, was taken to room crying hungry over the horrible service and coordination of this so called Mgr. Guadalupe López Rubalcaba which also denied me to speak with the chef of restaurant over the failure of service.

had a pleasant stay overall. The room was nice and clean, and the bedsheets were fresh and well maintained. It was comfortable and felt properly prepared for guests. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The breakfast buffet was okay — not bad, but a little expensive for what was offered. I would probably choose to go to a regular restaurant nearby for breakfast instead. The location is very good, especially being close to Chapultepec street, which makes it convenient for walking around and exploring the area. Overall, a good stay with a great location.
