“I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. Throughout the night, I had to endure various sources of disturbance, including the passing trains, loud trucks, live music from the bar, and an unusual machinery noise that even……

“Pros: super clean, great location close to many restaurants, quiet, safe neighborhood, strong ac, stocked mini bar, really comfy bed. Cons: No full length mirror, bar not open and cafe still under construction, broken soap dispenser, broken toilet seat, no side tables for bed. The TV was broken and had to get up to turn it on and off and super loud even at lowest volume. Luxury price but no luxury extras like hair dryer, robes, or real glassware.”

“Loved my stay! The free breakfast buffet was delicious, the location was amazing, the service was excellent, the roof terrace area was so nice and the room was so clean. 10/10 recommend!”
