It looks OK from the outside. However ... There is nothing in the lift to indicate which floor is Reception My room was damp and I had to insist that the damp bedding linen was changed before I could use the bed The bathroom is a "wet" room so it is impossible that the floor won't be wet after a shower. The extractor fan requires most of the day to dry the bathroom .... hence the damp towels and bedding.

Fantastic experience. Beautiful hotel, cooperative and polite staff, always smiling and give you full attention at all times, decent buffet breakfast. Room and toilet were clean with high quality linens and towels. They have USB charging sockets in every room. You dont have to carry your international sockets for mobile phones. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotels interiors are quite impressive with attention to detailing. Comfy bed, spacious room, luxrious accessories provided. Nice continental breakfast. Good food. Took me 2 minutes to reach the expo centre from here. This is the most central place in the city. Would definitely book again!

Its a very worst stay experience which i ever had.

When we reach to the hotel first hotel staff is clearly refuses that they dont have any booking even we have shown our booking Expedia receipt to them. They did not find any booking conformation on their mail id from Expedia. We stood up at reception for almost one and half hour. Instantly they told us that they dont have have any vaccant rooms too. Suddenly they had a call from somewhere and they given us 2 nos. very dirty rooms and asking us for the payment, which we have already paid at the time of online booking with Expedia. The services and facilities which are offered on online are totally missing. The hotel staff are totally unprofessional and dont have manners that how to treat customers. One room is very opposite to their Kitchen for which all the smoke is enter in the room. The overall i can say i will never book from Expedia since this is my worst stay experience which i ever had.
