“The hotel’s location is excellent - right in front of beautiful Saone and very close to Lyon old town. The transportation details provided by the hotel is so clear that I was able to arrive the hotel easily by public transportation without any issue. In addition, the hotel staff are very supportive and willing to assist, which make my stay relaxed and comfortable. ”

“房間很臭，下水道的味道濃烈久久不散，清潔過於匆忙還有前一位房客留下的襪子。淋浴間排水不良，洗完澡淹水災。無前台可反應，求救無門”

“原本看評論是一家好飯店，結果這是一家很糟糕的飯店，飯店人員一點都不友善，詢問有沒有熱水壺可以煮熱水泡牛奶給寶寶，服務人員回覆態度糟糕，房間裡面也都沒有暖氣供應，checking in 的時候有付停車費，當我們把車子開到地下停車場的時候，飯店櫃檯人員衝到地下停車場跟我們大聲吼叫說我們沒有付停車費，實在是很無言與生氣😡，後來到櫃檯了解原因：原來是飯店櫃檯人員沒有把我們的房間註明有付停車費，飯店櫃檯人員態度還是很囂張無理的裝沒事，下次再也不會來這家飯店住宿”

“房間有簡單廚房且有每日清掃服務 中邊有超市和亞洲超市 附近氣氛非常好 好吃的餐館酒吧非常多 交通也很方便 且附近走路兩分鐘就有藥房可以檢測covid 半小時可以出結果 Highly recommended especially there is a pharmacy 2 mins away that you can do your covid test by walk in and get the result in 30 mins in 25 euro.”

“The staff was incomparable! So incredibly helpful and accommodating! Anne was very thoughtful, friendly and, above all, helpful!! The A/C in our room did not work and it was extremely hot, so we were moved to another room with EXCELLENT air conditioning and we were super grateful!! Thank you, Villa Florentine!”
