「The location was great and close to the Fillmore. There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The room itself has a strange layout with a narrow common space. The couch only seats 2 and there is no other furniture in the living room. There was not enough pillows/towels for us. There were no spare linens and no kitchen towels or paper towels. There were instructions to wash the dishes but no cleaner. The walls and counter were covered in a brick pattern with what appeared to be contact paper...

「It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Host turned out to be an AI assistant which was fine for getting information prior to arrival but limited dealing with issues while in residence (it took 9 days for a maintenance man to come fix a small leak in the kitchen sink). Amenities were generally good, but for a 3-week stay kitchenware for cooking was limited (e.g., no bowls, baking dishes, or serving plates). No light over the dining table. We were provided only one set of keys, which made it difficult for us to go out and about...
