“We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned and the bed was not fully made or properly dressed. Due……

“This property was one of dirtiest hotels we have experienced. We booked two nights with them, but we didn’t stay there because when we arrived we noticed how unkempt the outside was kept, trashy and landscaping needed a lot of work. We then asked to see our room, which needed some serious attention. The carpet looked like it had been there since the seventies, looked very dirty and the bathrooms were in dire need of repair and cleaning. I would not recommend staying at this property! “The pool time for both pools is 8am-8pm which seems ridiculous during the summer. Also advertising a beach, but there isn’t any access to the water to swim. Other than that we had a great time. The staff is excellent!!!!”

“This is our second stay and the first time there was a bridal party staying in the hotel and the groomsmen were having a loud and fantastic time! Mainly in the bar downstairs, but also the hallways and the elevator. But, it was a wedding and so we just kind of went with the flow. The hotel itself is clean and the views of the water from the balcony are nice. There was staff when we checked in, but absolutely no parking and this happened last time as well. “We have stayed here many times over the last 20 years give or take. Two years ago the property was on need of a serious update! I am glad to say the property has been refreshed!! Looks great! Everything was in working order, no maintenance issues at all! Great location for all things Annapolis related!”

“From the moment we walked in, to an empty reception, and empty bar area we were not impressed. after several minutes, an unsmiling, unwelcoming receptionist came out of the side office and instead of coming over to us, stood at the opposite end of the reception and asked if she could help, with no apology and no welcome, then said "I am over here" ! She then checked us in, again with no please and no thank you. Later, after we had eaten a perfectly good meal, we went to our room. On……

“We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was a perfect way to start each morning. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again. “Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized.”
